There is so much RNG involved in the new armor system today it’s ridiculous and kills any desire to want to try other builds. You need to get the right armor pieces, the right gear set, the right archetype, the right tertiary, the right tuning slot… like come on. It took me four weeks to get the five pieces I wanted for ONE build and I’m someone who plays every day. I deleted hundreds if not thousands of tier 5 armor simply because I have nowhere to put it and do not have the time, energy, or desire to spend hours sifting through all of it over and over again. Just make the ghost mods 100% guaranteed and chop at least some of the RNG out of the armor grind. I think you should also just get rid of set archetypes and give us a primary ghost mod slot and a secondary ghost mod slot because archetypes are too restrictive… in PvE I don’t want health but if I want to make a melee focused build I’m almost forced into investing a bunch of stats into an attribute I don’t want.

100% seems steep to me, I'd say 75% would be reasonable though. That'll give players a high chance at getting what they're after while still leaving gear to be dismantled for Unstable cores.
