Hello, I was banned a few months ago due to someone compromising my steam account i believe (I have email and photo proof). I have tried the ban appeal but it never reaches a human being and I was really hoping yall could take a closer look and reconsider. I have NEVER performed any action that would lead me to receive a permanent ban or a ban at all. I play (ed) on Xbox series X and have hundreds of hours and think it is very unfair for me to have spent so much time and money on the game just to have some rando hack my account and cause my account to get permanently banned. Has anyone else been in this same situation? If so what did you do and if you were unbanned who did you contact? Thanks!
