Are Bungie going to Address Titan Banner of War insta kill melee?
the fact that it procs easier than anything and is a literal "oOpS gUeSs I wIn" is kinda annoying, its killing off PVP for me cause at this point if you aren't using it then you are cooked. if you are using it then you are just an sleeveen, and i like to play between all classes but considering the fact you can get insta killed from a Melee (Not Charged Melee) REGULAR Melee at 1 stack of Banner of War........ like wtf bungie what are you guys even thinking anymore.

Bungie's servers aren't good enough for ANY insta kill abilities. With all the lag in the crucible, one hit punches send you to the respawn before the player is even on your screen, or worse, two seconds after you side armed them down but the hits just now register.
