Do I have legitimate network issues or have I been mass reported?

I’ve had network issues in the past and subsequently have been restricted from playing any crucible since June or July, until now. I seemingly have access to Iron Banner while still being restricted from any other crucible playlist. The most frustrating part of this situation is I have been playing the game and A LOT of crucible on an alternate account, with zero issues in regards to my connection to the game. I grinded up to Ascendant rank in comp, live in trials, farmed T5s in Iron Banner this week, and just leveled up the alt account in general. Everyone I play with, whether in my fireteam or friends I happen to match against, has said they experience no lag or issues with/against me in game. It’s making me question why this main account is consistently getting back to back restrictions from crucible yet there seems to be zero issues on my second account. I have been through the Network Troubleshooting articles dozens of times at this point, I’ve upgraded speeds and changed routers multiple times, switched to a hardwired connection, replaced my coaxial cable, switched to a CAT6a Ethernet cable, and spoken to my ISP/had technicians come out 4 times to inspect my home network. I’ve filed so many appeals with each one adding new, relevant information only to receive an automated response denying said appeals. Like has my account been mass reported and I’m now flagged on some sort of list for network issues? Can anyone help me get this figured out? I’ve sunk so much time and love into this game over the last 10 years just to have the door closed on essentially half of the game.
