Bungo,
Fix your matchmaking. Three or four games in a row now I’m paired with a team that is absolutely trash and the other team is no lifers.
I’ll keep immediately backing out and ruin experiences until you fix it. There is no balance. Tuesday was great, felt like I was playing guys on my level. Now I get 3’s who play like they’ve gone flawless in trials 100 times. Otherwise say goodbye to your pvp population

It doesn't even matter anymore. Who creates a meta of long ranges (scouts) while nerfing the only counter (snipers). Game sucks and always has. Just emote in the back get ur rewards and wait till they make a decent meta

I’m a 1.11 and probably less now. I’m being out in matches with 2s and 3s. IDGAF about “But if we put lower players together then higher players won’t have quick matchmaking times. They have no life. They can wait.

This old 0.3% Tortoise plays a lot of PvP including Trials / IB / Control - especially of late. I’ve seen many things that defy logic - the SUS Brigade and ‘The Invincibles’…iykyk! I’ve also seen where quitters have bailed and left their teammates in the lurch…too many times. If I’m on a team where a quitter has bailed - I still play on and try my best as always! If I’m on a team where the opposing team has been reduced by a quitter(s)…I often hang back and disengage - especially if it’s 3:1 or 5:2…to give those warriors a fighting chance. Sometimes, they even beat us! 😂 After, I nearly always award commendations to that undermanned team…just as a ‘Ty’ - for not quitting! 👍 FWIW: I’d rather be in a team of players that tried their best - whatever the outcome, than be in a team of precious divas that bail on the first upset encountered. 😐 Murphy, my ghost, agrees! 👻 That is all. Play Fair! Play Nice! Don’t Cheat / Quit! 👈 Ease Springs! 🫡

Quitters suck, period.
I’ll keep immediately backing out and ruin experiences
So you just add to the problem. I hope you are never on my team.
-
you're literally admitting to griefing and I hope you get banned.
-
Just don't cry when you get put in timeout.
-
Nobody cares that you back out. Promise. You're irrelevant.

You’re consistently on the bottom of your team. You’re never going to have fun running away from admitting who the problem really lies with. It’s a mindset problem, not a matchmaking problem.

Bring your own team if you don't like what matchmaking provides.

Lobby balancing has been a problem for a while. I used to joke that Bungie balanced the teams by putting the best players on one team and the rest on the other. I understand that this is negatively impacting your experience, but if you're backing out all the time then what you're doing is also negatviely affecting the experience of others. I'd suggest that just stopping playing D2 PvP for a while would be a better solution.

I only like to play when I win. Boo hoo

Your 1.09 isn’t helping anyone anyways.
-
The algorithm is brutal at times.
-
Who's to say other players haven't felt the same way about you............

Edited by GUARDIAN-IX: 9/18/2025 7:32:48 PMYou shouldn't quit. For some reason loot is interesting when you lose - I got weapon drops and the crossbow! But yeah, it's ridiculous. One game my team initiated the Hunt three times and in the next game, the enemy team initiated the Hunt 3x; and the following games had that same pattern of initiating the Hunt 3 times in a game.

I have the same problem, except it’s only the bad teammates. When it comes to the enemy team, just get good, dawg. Because for me, my opponents are always a little bit over/under my skill level, but my teammates are for some reason way lower almost every time. So even if I’m doing well, or at the very least, carrying my own weight, we still stand no chance because blueberry bob refuses to play safe around the sniper lanes and gets picked every round.
