We understand you're missing chronologs. We can imagine how this would cause concern. By any chance, was your consumables inventory full at the time in which you claimed these items? If so, then please be advised concerning the following issue, listed on our Known Issues list:
We are investigating an issue where players with a full Consumables inventory will not receive Chronologs when purchasing Archived Passes. Players are advised to ensure that they have at least one open slot in the Consumables inventory to receive the currency before purchasing an Archived Pass.
For any updates on this issue, we recommend viewing our Patch Notes as they become available, posted on the News page. If, however, this doesn't align with how you seemed to lose your chronologs, then do let us know.
