Dear Bungie Support,
I have been playing your game for 12 years now, and I can confidently say it has been a huge part of my life. However, I am reaching out because I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of initiative and helplessness I am experiencing from your support team.
I understand that in the big picture I may just be a single fan from Kazakhstan, and maybe it feels like losing me doesn’t matter much. But to me, this matters a lot. I’ve invested more than a decade into your game, and right now I feel ignored.
The issue is simple: the SMS code is not being sent to my phone. I keep getting errors (3) and (31), and there seems to be no clear solution or willingness from support to fix it.
my phone number is not VOIP.
What the hell, Bungie?! After 12 years of loyalty, this is really disheartening.
Please help me resolve this.
