Bungie, fix your timers so that they STOP right after you kill a boss!
Title! Me and my buddy did one run of Hefnd dungeon lair, killed it with 10 seconds left to the timer, the chest spawned in front of us, but the timer kept going and we were thrown back into orbit without our due rewards! This has been a thing in your game FOR YEARS now.
Also, fix your damn ingame chat, it is atill censoring random words that have nothing to do with profanity

1 ReplyAgreed. Hefnd's needs at least 15sec after the chest pops for the end screen for a total of 45+ sec. Just did Presage, and was very surprised to see the mission end before the final drop when you first see the chest room in the distance. Had 15m remaining regardless but the fact that they can end the mission instantly like that is very disappointing. All they need to do is give their programmers an instakill enabled gun that oneshots the boss into final stand and time how long after the boss death animation is enough for the results screen stuff to start.

There's hardly any content in the portal and yet they can't make the stuff just work. How does that make any sense? It's like they just took 90% of the Destiny 2 team and sent them to finish Marathon Multiple times a day now on different activities there's a bug just like this that has you missing out on rewards. The randos you're with and you are just like "small indie company" because we just feel powerless in this situation. The game doesn't work. It's embarassing at this point. They need to tell us what exactly the situation is. How many staff do you even have working on this stuff? Do you have enough? Do you have any people testing the content enough to say it's ready?
