Connecting my PC to my PS account with Cross-Save
I have a PC that I bought to play D2. I normally play on PS5. I initially connected my son's Xbox account and my own PS5 account with cross-save. Every time I launch D2 on the PC, it defaults to the Xbox account. I want it to connect to the PS account. I was able to log out of my son's Xbox account, but now when the game launches, it thinks I'm a new light player.
I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the PC to recognize the PS account.

In this configuration, PlayStation is your Active Account, meaning you see your PlayStation characters/progress when you log in on Xbox as well. Therefore, you should already be seeing your PlayStation progress on the other account. That said, please ensure you're logging in to the correct Xbox/PSN account/profile when playing on PC; it sounds like you may be logging in to a different one. However, if you still have trouble, please provide more information on the situation, such as what platform you're using to play on PC, if you're attempting to link an additional account, and any other factors you can think of.
