Respawn broken solo ops
Dying during solo ops brings up x button to respawn but pressing button does not respawn no matter how many times pressed after respawn timer. Have lives left. Have to return to orbit to fix and restarting activity then dying gives same issue. This started happening after 9/16/25 patch
