Bungie, WHAT IS THIS?!
I’m 330 power. In order to achieve B-rank, I need to either run GM, (-70 power), or EVERY modifier possible on Master (-30 power).
For B-rank. The minimum requirement for the featured drop.

Bungie is trying to push featured gear still rn. If you wear ALL featured gear and put on the new modifier for wearing new featured gear + locked loadout it'll be worth 2 modifiers and generally you should only need to be -10 at best.
