hello guys, i did recieve silver on epic store on my already linked (cross saved account) because i wanted to use the cashback, and the silver is not available. I messaged Epic games and they told me it was a problem with the cross safe provided by bungie, please help guys.

The exact same thing happened to me. In total, I purchased almost 30,000 Silver and nothing was credited to my account. I searched the forums and found another user who experienced the exact same problem. I even tested with another account and the Silver was credited there, so I am sure this is a bug affecting certain accounts. The problem is that every time I try to talk to Bungie, they just tell me to request a refund, but Epic does not provide refunds for Silver. I don’t understand why they can’t investigate this properly, because I am already seeing multiple cases like this. I even sent them a video showing how, after completing the transaction in-game, the Silver was not updated.

Silver is only available to spend when logged in on the platform where it was purchased.
