i think the linked tweet says plenty about the loot issue but when it comes to tiered loot i just stopped bothering with it as its quite apparent its weaker than EVERY OTHER WEAPON IN MY VAULT, to the point where im happy i didint clear any of it beyond stuff i didn't use at all, as i would be stuck with junk junk and nerf guns compared to acual GUNS from prior to edge of fate
