Star Wars ornaments disappeared
Late to the party, but I just now claimed the three Star Wars armor ornament packages from the kiosk. I unlocked each ornament piece for my titan in the Modifications subscreen. They are showing up as unlocked in my collections, and in Recently Discovered, but the ornaments are not showing up in my cosmetics or transmog screen for any of the armor pieces. They are not in the postmaster either.
I've ensured the add-on that includes this armor is installed on my console.
Any ideas?

Same, my Grievous ornaments are gone.

1 ReplyCan confirm this as well. My hunter is missing the general grevious ornament from buying the ultimate edition.

Same here. Checked it out on my secondary characters after unlocking through the modifications tab for just my warlock. Turns out the Hunter and Titan (which I did not unlock through mods tab) had the ornaments ready to equip. I then unlocked them, and they disappeared. Almost like I deleted them by actually unlocking them

Having the same issue. Shows in my collections but they’re missing from where I can actually equip them.

My Obsidian Durasteel gear is missing from all armor pieces it was on, and still shows up in collections. What the heck am I supposed to wear to fly my new X-Wing, Bungo?

Same here also just bought today the ultimate edition and collected the boxes and claimed the boxes from inventory but I cant see the ornaments in customization inventory please fix

Same here, Recently changed my hunter load out had general grievous equipped on now it’s completely vanished despite saying I still own it within the collection area.
