Is there a known issue of vanguard arms rewards being in claimed status before you actually claim them. I was mostly on my Warlock since EoF launch. I started my Hunter this week getting their power caught up with portal activities. I wait before weekly reset to get peak power through these items, but I can't. They have 416 power at the moment.
