Deleted Steam account still linked to Bungie Profile
Browsing support I see that Bungie made the questionable decision in March to not allow unlinking of accounts. I have a Steam account linked to my Bungie profile that does not exist anymore. Like it's been deleted from Steam by Valve. Cross-save is enabled between consoles and Steam. So I supposed I'm really stumped on how to fix this. Is there anyway to correct this?

Hey there, unfortunately no there is not. As of March 2025 it is not possible to unlink accounts from a Bungie profile. In addition it has [i]never[/i] been possible to unlink an account you could no longer access, as the only way to remove was by authenticating it. Bungie will not forcibly unlink accounts under any circumstances.
