Why is the overload champ stun so short you can barely get a shot in after stunning and somehow still able to shoot through their stun what’s up with that?! How am I supposed to stun and switch then kill it in less than 2 seconds flat even super on these dudes to nothing he looks at you laughs and then reheals while you just wasted a super and get murdered in under 10 seconds it ain’t right

I use Ahab Char with temporal blast mod for overloads. The explosions keep the overload champs stunned. If you want to use non 3.0 I'd suggest Thunderlord. It trashes overloads. For barrier I use Mint Retrograde. For unstoppable I run away because I'm not carrying a sidearm and hope a team mate is.

That always been like that. 🤔 Or they get "stunned" but keep on shooting until they kill you then the "stunned effect" works. 😂

Same with barrier really

While there are certainly issues that need to be addressed with Champs in general sometimes being able to continue acting while Stunned, it is important to be aware that Overload Champs in particular have separate timers and mechanics that govern Stun Lockout and Regeneration Suppression. After an Overload Champ’s Stun effect has ended they will enter a brief period of time that actively preventsthem from being Stunned again (ie. a Stun Lockout); the end of this lockout is accompanied by an onscreen message as well as a flourish of particle effects around the Champ to let you know they can be Stunned once more. The effect that suppresses the health regeneration for an Overload Champ works on a shorter, separate (and invisible) timer that, if applied only once, will end before the Stun Lockout period has fully elapsed. However this Regeneration Suppression effect does not enter a lockout period at any point, allowing the timer to be continuously refreshed by simply damaging the Champ with another Ability or Weapon with the Anti-Overload property. As such if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot fully burn down an Overload Champ after a single Stun before their health regeneration kicks in, you would do well to instead whittle down their health while keeping their regen suppressed until they are weak enough for you to comfortably take them down. I just hit em with burning ambition ahab char . might take a couple mags to kill but overloads have a bug that sometimes allows them to teleport and or attack, even if stunned.
