In the portal "select modifiers" screen, Accelerator: Score Multiplier is preselected for me. I can't change it. However, if you look through the PGCR, at the selected skulls, that skull hash doesn't appear (1182595757) Instead, the skull hash for Accelerator: Heavy Surge (20470417) appears. It's physically impossible for me to select that modifier. The portal Boon and Event Modifiers is locked to Score Multiplier.
