Cross Platform DLC
Recently switched to pc and thought purchases on console would stick to my bungie.net account, is there anyway to use my purchases or will i have to rebuy everything on steam?

Expansions are controlled by the platforms rather than Bungie. You would need to purchase them on Steam to be able to use them on that platform. Your reward passes/dungeon keys etc are counted as in-game unlocks that get tied to your character set and will already be available to you on Steam.
