Pinnacle Ops not giving rewards after reaching required score/rank
Finished a run of The Whisper mission and scored an A well within the time limit and did not receive the guaranteed Mint Retrograde. Is this a bug or is there now a limit to the number of times you can get the showcased reward from an activity?

After your 1st completion for the daynits not guaranteed but has a chance to drop as per the reward description.

Was this the first time you did it today or have you done it multiple? It's only guaranteed the first time you meet the requirements, after that its just a chance.
