My predictions for the first 3 dungeon lairs.
PoH... the 1st Section and Boss... Xeno & Xeno cat.
Shattered Throne... again 1st section then Boss... Wishender & WE cat.
Warlord's Ruin... same... BB & cat.
If I were to predict the 1st three added to the Portal.
We might get more info tomorrow or next week about these details.

I mean they literally said dungeon encounters before they said dungeon lairs.

While standalone encounters from various Dungeons is where my mind first went to when these Dungeon Lairs were initially teased back in July, I have since wondered whether these Activities might instead be reminiscent of the [b]Raid Lairs[/b] from D2 Y1. The two Raid Lairs ([b]Eater of Worlds[/b] and [b]Spire of Stars[/b]) reused assets and adapted sections of the larger [b]Leviathan[/b] environment to create entirely new encounters with different mechanics. Given the history surrounding the term “Lairs” in D2, I should think there is the [i]possibility[/i] that these Dungeon Lairs may reuse the existing environments while swapping out the encounters, mechanics and Bosses to create new experiences. If this approach is taken it will be interesting to see whether these Activities will feature reprised Gear from their respective Dungeons updated for the Tier system or (if these Activities are significantly less mechanic-heavy than the originals) if they will instead drop items from the general Pinnacle Ops loot table.
