Fire team rewards issue
When my friend joins my fireteam it defaults to a C score for him and no matter how difficult the content is made via the modifiers he can't get over a low B score . Grandmaster 510 difficulty and still just over a B reward

Gear maybe? Running non-seasonal gear nerfs the score for a player. Needs to run all gear with blue logo, including exotics. Just a thought
