Bonus focus drops when they do drop are at your light level. If items are dropping at 10 below then the activity you did had the green engram bonus drops and that's how they drop. Getting a B grade or higher will drop an activity completion reward. At your light they will drop at 413. Bonus focus drops are guaranteed on your 1st clear with a B grade or higher then they have a chance to drop. They also will drop at your light when they do. Bonus drops (green engram symbol) drop at 10 below.

Does the drop rate count as broken if the whole game is broken? Asking for a friend.

I have noticed that most of my drops are 10 under other than the one powerful drop from the activity. Even when I did the double focus, one would be at power 432, with the other at 422 for A grade completion.
