I read the update notes and felt both very excited and disappointed. I'm excited because the developers have finally identified the bug in the Agraios, Inherent encounter, but disappointed because it wasn't the critical bug that affects the mechanics.I don't know if anyone else has reported this issue, but it is very common within my language's community and me.
During this encounter, players performing alignment charges sometimes pass through accelerators without gaining charge. Visual effects on the accelerators occasionally fail to appear, often with a delay of four to five seconds before becoming visible. This significantly impacts the mechanics of the encounter. The issue appears to be closely related to network and server latency. We hope the developers can address this problem.

1 ReplyWe had the same issue yesterday with my team. For 4 consecutive times when trying to extend damage phase on Agraios, the portals were like inactive even though my "Alignment Charge" was definitely up. Going through them doesn't charge anything. Usually with a few extra seconds the portal becomes normally active however that usually means less time to extend damage phase which means even though I was ready to run at the very start...the portals were not ready ending up in "Temporality fractures" . It's so very annoying, especially when trying to teach the raid.

1 ReplyHello there, Thank you for your report. We understand you encounter issues in the Agraios encounter which appear related to connectivity issues. We're sorry to hear of this. If these issues appear closely related to network latency, then you may wish to see if Optimizing Connections and Network Troubleshooting help to alleviate this issue. If this issue persists beyond these suggestions, then a video like that which RurouniDante requested would help us to investigate. Thank you.
