silver problem

I bought silver on 7-26-25 spent $99.98 I have my order Numbers there in emails if needed I can give them. My problem is I only received the silver for one transaction. Because I only received one of the transactions i put in for a refund. and received it. when I did because i had already used the silver I received it put my account in the negative. after this i figured maybe if i got the other trans action refunded it might fix every thing and I would repurchase the other silver that i had used. Didn't work put my silver further in the negative so I went ahead and repurchased the silver I had already used and also purchased another packet of about 1700 silver. My problem is that I'm still in the negative and should be in the positive. Check my account you'll find through the years I've been pretty faithful to the game buying all the expansion's not only for myself but for my sons and nephews a couple of times with as much time and money I've put into the game I would really like to Know that this will be resolved
