I just received a notice from Bungie saying that I have been issued a warning for having unstable connection and if it continues then I will be restricted from accessing any crucible activities.
IMO I feel like 95% of the time I play this game, my game runs fine and there is no rubber banding when I play crucible and other times it's other people who are teleporting around the map from them being laggy. When I do play crucible, I'd say I'm typically not the type to go AFK or rage quit mid match. Is it wrong for me to get restricted or threatened to be restricted for having an "unstable connection" in the eyes of Bungie? You're telling me you're gonna ban someone from having fun because you think that's the main issue with my account? Let's not punish the players who actually ruin a match but hey, ykw? This guy has "s**t wifi", let's restrict him from playing crucible again. -_-
Are they right to do this?

They are 100% within their rights to issue you a warning and/or restriction if they determine that your connection is bad enough to be causing an issue for others (who are likely reporting you for connection issues they see with you).
