It would seem Pearson is retiring.
How does that make you feel?

Ross Pearson? I thought he retired already.

I mean it could be good if the new guy wants to instill new change but it could also mean nothing as the new guy just continues what’s already been set in motion. I’m inclined to believe the latter to be honest. There’d need to be many position changes to really see destiny move into a new direction as it’s very rare one guy alone holds back a studio or its IPs. Dev studios work by committee after all not by one leader making all the decisions

Honestly pretty good until they said that the “Don’t overdeliver” dude was taking over immediately after, for a split second I almost redownloaded D2. Now I’m going to go enjoy Helldivers 2 with my ODST warbond this Tuesday instead

It could be a bad sign....if he deployed the golden parachute and retired it could mean the end times or a new age for Bungie and if the latter it going to be One hel of a uphill climb
-
Like that's actually going to mean anything

Nobody down here cares

Assuming you mean Pete Parsons in which case good riddance. He fired hundreds of bungie employees so he could buy a bunch of fancy cars. A lot of the problems Destiny/Bungie are facing today can probably be linked back to his greed. Hope the door hit his -blam!- on the way out
