Game audio + cutscene bug
While playing the [b]Witch Queen[/b] after passing half of the dlc the game started to have sound problems where all [b]audio[/b] and [b]sfx[/b] disappear and return after a while, if there was any speech while that problem occured you can hear it after the audio is back to the game.
After finishing the [b]Witch Queen[/b] and approaching the [b]dying worm[/b] in the [b]Enclave room[/b], the [b]cutscene[/b] where [b]Queen Maria[/b] appears, her [b]hair[/b] is 90% of the cutscene is just not there and she appears bald but the hair shadow is still visible.

To rule out any issues that may be occurring with the game files themselves, we'd first recommend clearing your consoles' game cache to see if it helps.
