While the upcoming change to Shadebinder's Frostpulse aspect is nice, all of the warlocks' stasis aspects only have 2 slots, resulting in Shadebinder builds being extremely restrictive and limiting without much room for experimentation outside of the two tried and true Osmiomancy and Rime-coat Bleak-watcher builds (neither of which use Frostpulse as an aspect anyway). The upcoming buff to Frostpulse won't be enough to get players to try it out, but adding a 3rd fragment slot could encourage players to use it, given the allowance for increased build diversity.
