Vesper's Host exotic Bug
I have 170 clears of VH with all the exotic weapon boosts and i still don't have Ice breaker fix this bug or actually just give my account the weapon or something.

Whether or not it was featured, you still only had 3 chances (one per class) to get it because Bungie didn't fix the bug throughout Heresy, so it spent the entire season unfarmable. You're at 20 eligible clears so far.
