This is just a humble attempt to get people, and hopefully Bungie, to think about a potential Hunter exotic that focuses on the Void wall Grenade, which was originally only accessible to Hunters. Back then, before subclass 3.0, the Void wall Grenade was exclusive to Hunters. And since Void Hunter has not received anything that buffs their grenades on the Void subclass so far, I thought I would make a post about it. I have already read through some great concepts for such an exotic, for example making it an X-shape that is taller, one where the Void wall burns a target after they come into contact with it, or another where it creates a circle that provides a Void overshield. A couple of other ideas popped up as well when I was looking into existing concepts. I think the Void wall Grenade needs some love, maybe even a small buff where the hitbox is not just a super-slim edge but the actual void flame wall itself. Perhaps even a change to how the wall is placed after a bounce. Anyways, I hope there are other players (especially Hunters who love Void, and even more so the Void wall Grenade) who will see this and give it an upvote, so that it perhaps finds its way onto Bungie’s desk (so to speak). I would love to see an exotic for Hunters that gives this (unfortunately) underwhelming ability some love. Maybe it would even give other players the opportunity to see how awesome and cool this grenade ability actually is. Bungie, please cook something up :)
