Have season pass, made rank 30 event pass but cant collect reward

Having checked your Collections via the App, the [b]Interference[/b] Shader has already been unlocked on your Account. It can be found fairly early in the Seasons subsection for Shaders, close to [b]Chatterwhite[/b]. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
