For a long time, Trinity Ghoul (and admittedly, every other projectile based weapon, although mostly bows) has had an issue where some hits won't register or will take an extra amount of time to register, most of the time it's the latter, and this is most noticeable with the bows with multiple instances of damage like Wish-Ender or Trinity Ghoul.
This didn't use to be that big of an issue, but ever since the Edge of Fate update Trinity Ghoul's damage delay has gotten worse, making the shots take too long to register.
Additionally, T-Ghoul has been having an issue (also been there for while now, probably since Heresy) where critical hit damage in PvP sometimes shows as 42 damage where it should be 45 damage instead (in-game rounded numbers).
Once again, this wasn't as common back then, but ever since the Edge of Fate update I have been noticing more 42's popping up than before. This is really bad because it means T-Ghoul is hitting less than 126 damage with a full headshot which means you can't follow up with a bodyshot like usual.
Hopefully this gets acknowledged & fixed at some point, big thanks to whatever dev had to read this.
For the time being we remain patient.

I've noticed a bit with ticcu though definitely not as much as with wishender. It feels kind of annoying when you do something really difficult in something like control, proc a perk or people line up and then you still die, but it registers afterward. At least it registers, but it would save so many deaths if it just worked as intended.
