Red, low-health vignette from Haste Trade-Off remains while in orbit

PLATFORM: Steam SYSTEM INFO: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super (MSI) RAM: 2x 16GB RAM @ 5600MHz GPU Driver Version: 580.88 OS Version: Windows 10 ISP Provider / Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type: TalkTalk (74.67Mbps, 18.57Mbps) / LAN DxDiag: PasteBin link ISSUE: When at very low health caused by the "Short Circuit" effect from the Haste Trade-Off modifier, if the player returns to orbit while the red vignette is active, the vignette remains present while in orbit, and in any preview screen for any items such as ships, sparrows, ghosts, weapons, armour, emotes, etc. This affects everything in Collections, in the Eververse Store, in the Inventory, etc. REPRO STEPS: 1. Load into any activity where the Haste Trade-Off modifier is active (I discovered this in Solo Ops). 2. Move the player character (PC) slightly to "begin" the activity and trigger the Haste modifier. 3. Allow the PC's health to fall to its lowest tier just from Short Circuit. 4. Return to orbit while the vignette is still there. ACTUAL RESULT: The result you're currently experiencing. (Meaning after following the steps above you'll end up with this current result) EXPECTED RESULT: There would be no red vignette around any part of the game that involves loading the player, a ghost, a ship, or a sparrow. • Yep, I've had this happen numerous times from numerous activities. Usually if you go to orbit while an effect is on you, there's a decent chance the visual effect stays stuck on your screen and sticks on while in orbit. Another reason we need to toggles to turn off all the excessive vfx.
