Trials balancing
Holy 💩 it’s the worst it’s been, it’s actively removing any fun and made it so it’s literally not worth playing at all.
I don’t know how many times I’ve read posts about balancing and Bungo literally has the head in the sand
Remove the 50% win rate BS, I hope the person responsible for that no longer is allowed to make decisions

Honestly this weekend has showed that the inbred population must be higher than I anticipated for. I'm genuinely about to reset my card and just watch what my teammates do. I genuinely believe that bungie is putting some sort of AI in Trials matches, my teammates genuinely show no sign of sentience. I mean they make stupid players, they hide in the back of the map despite us getting a pick we can absolutely guard. I don't know if it's AI or genuine monkeys from NASA, I'll do simple things like tbag with them, or try to chat with them in text and it's almost like they aren't responding to anything, they will Rez me and then instantly back up, knowing full well I'm being rez'd with 3 people looking my direction. It's not a very well kept secret that the trials population is in a severe decline, so my theory of there being being genuine bots in trials really isn't far fetched. I'm on console and I'm pretty damn good for being on console. So idk if I'm just getting senile elderly teammates, or people who weren't even alive when gay marriage was illegal. Point is I've genuinely never seen worse teammates in my life, it's not fun having to carry literally, LITERALLY, every single match. I shouldn't be playing against real humans who have played trials for year, while I'm playing alongside someone's 12 year old who got triaps confused with Caldera.

Last I checked it's supposed to be a mix between win and skill based MM, but the most I've gotten across 20 resets or so is 3 or 4 wins before giving up and just going to the lighthouse on that card. Back then I only had to do it on average maybe 3. Now? Ever since I think the second to last Exalted Truth week last season, it's doubled initially and now it's so many that what's the point? It's not fun losing 70-90% of your matches, and if you're losing that many, it CANNOT be you if there truly is anything trying to enforce a 50% win/ loss ratio. It's nothing but curb stomp after curb stomp because of teammates who run out on their own and get themselves killed or complete tryhards and cheaters. I'm fairly certain I know what I'm doing if I can grind to at least the promotion series to Ascendent solo (I will be Ascendent if I win the next match), and due to being a complete menace in Scorched, I'm in the top 0.1% in QP. So if it's not the matchmaking, it's taking into consideration my rank in QP and that is screwing me over HARD. There's no other reasonable explanation. I'm staying out until I'm 450 and if I'm still not getting T5 until I go flawless, I'm done with trials until they bring back something akin to Mercy cards because this is more like banging your head against a wall than playing a hardcore version of comp. I don't care how good the weapons are, there's ZERO justification anyone can give for why anyone struggles that much.

Idk about the mm changes but the only things that is throwing me off from the last dlc is the ability spam and weapon stats alongside with the lack of rewards. Trials should be challenging and fun to play with actual rewards not annoying and unrewarding. You got Titans spamming bolt charge and hunters spamming smoke…..then you have warlocks spamming rift 😂

It’s bad man lol it’s not player population either. I promise we still have the same amount of terrible players because they are always on my team. Not crying, but it is obvious I’m getting stacked against. Worst it has ever been.
