Tier 5 armor stopped falling
For some reason I have not gotten a single tier 5 armor piece since Thursday’s reset, I am at level 400 and have completed more than 40 portal quick play activities. I got 3 Thursday morning, but something changed after the reset. I have been at level 400 for a couple days before that and don’t know what changed. Also all my gear and weapons equipped are new.

Are you running stuff that has the Soltice event as bonus rewards? I've been farming Tier 5 all day in Caldera. Also has your final score has been an A (at least with solo ops). Recheck any modifiers you have applied, because it's been resetting all mine any time I go to orbit. If none of that is the case or if you already tried those fixes then I'm not sure.
