Flawless Whisper Triumph Bugged?

So I had a solo flawless grandmaster Whisper run earlier today (I'm still in disbelief to be honest). I unlocked [i]Whisper to Yourself[/i] but not [i]Flawless Whisper[/i]. Known issue?

Launch from destination tab, not portal. Portal would be cheesy to get the flawless. (Set to low difficulty, add bunch of positives.)
