I can't see anything changing, bungie have been completely silent on the power grind, the TWIDs are getting shorter and shorter by the week, it feels like this is the strategy now, they won't talk about it, they won't change it. When the reset comes and everyone is back to 200 power and all that gear that was grinded for is no longer usable in their avant garde mode, reality will bite for most players. This is a new game being implemented alongside an old game in an attempt to start with some sort of player base.
