Ghost armor mods are non-functional
I'm sure this is posted already but I'll make another because awareness needs to be raised.
I'm sure everyone has noticed that the ghost armor mods are having absolutely no effect on drops. This is the most frustrating, however, since they also are not affecting purchased exotics (except for Xur maybe).
If Bungie doesn't want you influencing world drops fine and if they want to eliminate the ghost mods altogether then do that but at least provide an alternative to let us focus exotics.. I would propose letting us purchase more Exotic Requisition Orders (with Ascendant Shards and Engrams, not silver of course). That system works well and is already in place.

Yep no point in putting them on. All I get is health stacked armor.

It has been always like this. Before new dlc it was like tvis, ghost did have mids but no effect. Armors drops with your lowest stat. It is part of Bungie design do that playrs have to grind max out.

They do work. 1/6 -> 1/4. Not very noticeable but they work.

After all they've put us through, they thought a few hundred unstable cores was sufficient to keep us happy, when I get more than that for deleting two unwanted items, of which I get many thanks to the ghost mods not working. I honestly don't understand how they came to any conclusions in the bungie office as to how any of this was a good idea. It's like a blind guy driving a formula one car, he's bound to crash at some point. It seems bungie finally hit a wall, and we are the car left in pieces.
