one thing to consider is whenever someone says they were kicked right before the activity finishes, MOST of them actually mean near the start or in the middle of an activity. can admit i've kicked people in the middle of dungeons because they choose to use linears when i suggest any type of grenade launcher, rocket, or any other aoe weapon for damage phases on bosses and don't respond to in-game fireteam messages and have voice chat turned off so it makes them a completely useless teammate when they're the reason a 2-phase boss encounter turns into a 4-phase, 5-phase or higher boss encounter. you can't even help them if they just choose not to respond to chat or any other other forms of communication for example the servitor boss that splits into smaller servitors in vesper's host. this rando was literally using a linear fusion for his main dps weapon on the servitor bosses when everyone knows to use tractor, rockets, or any other form of aoe. when i realized how little damage was done on the first damage phase, i glanced over at his build and weapons and i attempted multiple times to suggest he use something else and he just ignored it all and continued on. eventually kicked him after about three damage phases and finished the dungeon with someone who's actually willing to complete the dungeon within a year
