Explore Kepler: Mythic is a joke.
What were you guys thinking with the difficulty here? Trying to collect the strangelets on this difficulty is literally impossible. Everything one shots you. Zero fun. It's a video game, remember? Supposed to be fun.

I'm doing Fabled explore... I'm not the best player, and it has taken two weeks so far. Still got two missions to go. So annoying that you power yourself up, only to be under powered no matter what. Really crappy.

No no no, some streamer thought it wasn’t tough enough and was angry that other people could complete the highest difficulties. So they had to change it.

They clearly dont play their own game or they would know this already.

Bungie have already said they would be adjusting Mythic Kepler for Solo players. Honestly, until those changes come, don't even bother trying it unless you're with a full Fireteam.

It's a video game, remember? Supposed to be fun.[/quote] Bungie already said they will be adjusting the difficulty for solo player's on mythic patrol. Mythic patrol when solo is pretty insane now. Fabled is no problem solo.

Everything one shots you? What power are you? The damage you take on mythic isn’t the issue, it’s the fact that everything is a bullet sponge

Only thing l dislike about any of the mythic difficulties are the pathetic rewards I dont have an issue with how challenging it is

I took a shot at Mythic and couldn't even beat the Minotaurs just off to the right of the LZ; I went back to Fabled with a quickness. Definitely not Mythic material. 😂

1 ReplyEdited by Coal: 8/14/2025 1:20:24 AMI agree it's not fun, because the only viable strats you can use to complete those missions involve camping in the back with a well or barricade, with long range weapons. BTW, if you want any advice on completing the mythic missions - get a couple friends, have at least 1 bolt charge barricade crest of alpha lupi titan that can spam barricades (which heal you when they use crest of alpha lupi) - 2 titans is preferable, and the 3rd person can be whatever (a well warlock is preferred). All 3 people should be using outbreak (make sure you have upgraded the intrinsic fully and masterworked with rewind rounds). An alternative to outbreak is polaris lance with a couple of the artifact mods paired with it. It will be extremely boring, but unfortunately it's really the only consistent way to get it done.
