Legendary Campaign Rewards
I completed the legendary campaign on my titan, it shows I did so in the triumphs but I never received the exotic, and I am unable to finish the exotic handcannon quest. When I try and do the handcannon, it says I need rosetta 3, but again, I have the triumph for that. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Adding to what EckyThump pointed out, your Titan's history shows these campaign missions you did not yet do on Legendary: The Invitation, Transient, Fallow, Nostos, and Commencement. If you go back and complete those on Legendary you will then be guaranteed the Titan exotic at the Alter. Or as the alternative, farm the Sieve activity to get the armors for your Hunter and Titan as random drops instead.
