5x 100 stats?
Is it possible to get 5x 100 stats? I have a 4x100 with tier 3 armor and my old boots of the assembler (103 health, 103 grenade, 108 super, 103 class, 40 ish melee, 60 ish weapons). Seems like it could be enough waste to bring a 5th to 100 but I haven’t done the math with fragments or tier 5 armor (and I don’t really plan to, someone spoon feed me the info).

Theoretically yeah. With tuning mods, stat mods, and masterwork you can get 5 armor pieces with 100 stats total. If you then pick fragments that help stats and avoid fragments that take away from them, you can get another +10 or 20 stats to your total. +40 or 50 if you pick fragments exclusively for stats instead of fragment effects. So you can almost certainly get 5 stats to 100 neutrally with some work. Then you can also use font mods to make it even more potent.
