Wishful ignorance.
The entire issue was storm but this hurts frenzied again.
The ENTIRE reason nobody used this exotic before was because you needed to hit the enemy 3 times to hit max damage and it did less at max than both syntho and wormgod. And now we've decided to go back to that.
Imo frenzied should've stayed at 200% while storm should've dropped to 150%

Wishful was fun while it lasted, will now be taking them off for synthoceps again. I used them a bit when they dropped in TFS but they were just so underwhelming, guess they will be collecting dust again now.
