I complete it, quest objective is still incomplete. I launch the activity THROUGH THE QUEST, it’s Empire Hunt, I modify it to give me A rewards, event modifiers still in place, I invite two people, rewards drop down to C, enemy LL is 90 instead of 250, all modifiers gone. I complete the activity. Quest objective still incomplete. At this point, what do they want from me other than to sign off forever?
