Please consider making old Destination gear tired
Old Destinations don't have much reason to play as they are due to loot pools being outdated.
Europa and moon for example with a perk overall for weapons and armour 3.0 for armour would make the Destinations more fun again and breath some much needed life into it.
If you only focus on new weapons and armour while ignoring the old stuff all you are doing is limiting things to chase in the game.

The Europa weapons never even got an update for origin traits, let alone crafting or enhancement. They're going to update or reissue weapons and armor eventually when more activities are added to the Portal, but it's not going to be immediate or all at once.
