Yeah that’s bad, proper communication in these kinda of stuff is needed. I seen fireteam tags like Chill and Fast together, I wonder how can one chill very fast in an activity.

It's bungie's polite way of saying that either the post already got filled or that the host for it rejected you from joining. It used to pop up on the forums under notifications when people rejected another person but it seems like they removed it.
