I started the Declassification quest at the little red box in the outer wastes and accidentally reloaded the zone. Upon returning to the red box, the axion bolts that are supposed to come out of it don't seem to be spawning at all and I cannot get them to show up at all. I've tried abandoning the quest and reclaiming it from the kiosk in Caldera with no luck, and I'm not sure how I'm meant to progress the quest at all now. Video attached showing what happens when I go to the red box. I have tried everything from returning to the zone after doing another activity, trying the quest on another character, etc. I seem to be completely locked out of the quest progression and therefore cannot complete the "Kepler Tasks" triumph.
