Exotic armor - new gear question
Why are only some of the exotic armor considered 'new gear'? I.e. I have a mask of fealty from pre EOF and a few others that are showing as new gear but my radiant dance machines, liars handshake and others are not. I've tried getting a 'new' piece from Ada and Rahool but they still aren't showing with the EOF icon and I can't use them in restricted load out activities.

They aren't considered "new," they're "featured." It factors into the Avant Guarde modifier, which only allows "featured" weapons and armor to be equipped. If you go to the Exotics tab in Collections, you'll see an additional section called 'Featured Exotics' or something like that and it'll have a listing.
