I've had this on my upstairs Xbox & I couldnt work it out but I think I figured it out. It could be a drop in connection, I only think this because once I caught it saying weasel just as the game shutdown. Before it would give the error code & leave you on the destiny start screen so something's changed on their end that just crashes the game completely to the Xbox desktop. It never happens in my downstairs Xbox so I don't think it's the game. I even switched consoles around & it still happens on whichever Xbox is upstairs
